Squizzy,

Muck, but I watched the clips where he met Q and Ryker.

Squizzy,

I enjoyed the ramp up, it was DS9 I couldn’t get into at all. Gave up a few episodes in. Haven’t tried Voyager sequentially yet but I liked some episodes. Discovery sucked except for Isaacs. I liked SNW.

Squizzy,

I may not have checked in awhile but I could have sworn that walhen I got the TV that was a con of it.

Unreal thank you.

Squizzy,

I just imagine them telling me get off the phone and I’d conk.

Squizzy,

To be fair I can’t find a decent collection Looney Tunes on the high seas either.

Squizzy,

This is why I’m moving to Joplin too

Squizzy,

Half of taste is in our nose though so I don’t want to lose out on that

Squizzy,

Fair enough, I appreciate you not becoming entrenched in your position.

Squizzy,

Shitty people gotta show off how sad they are

That says enough for me, however you defend it being sad at the loss of someone you cared about is justifiable and not shitty regardless of their age…or being in “the west”

Squizzy,

Oh thank you I googled this last week and got nowhere! I have the 4k Gen 1 box if that helps

Squizzy,

Every app needs a log in and some have multiple streams. It isn’t the point though, they should have a better keyboard simple as that.

Squizzy,

I dislike voice search and how would I use the mic for websites, emails, logins and passwords?

Squizzy,

I hope the close app tip works, but I don’t have an iPhone and my remote doesn’t have a power button.

I appreciate it though because closing an app is necessary sometimes and was quite annoying.

Proton VPN on Linux looks very different from Windows. How do you select one of their P2P options for faster torrenting?

Pretty much what the title says. I noticed that ProtonVPN Linux has an EXTREMELY limited interface compared to their program on Windows. I also do not appear to have the option to bind qBittorrent to ProtonVPN the same way that I did with MullvadVPN. Has anybody experienced ProtonVPN on Linux and successfully used it for...

Squizzy,

I was close to moving everything to Proton but the apps were a little weak and they didn’t facilitate importing calendars and such. Wanted me to use my browser extensions because the app and client didn’t support moving to proton

Sorry if this is covered somewhere but I couldn't find it! I need recommendations on a good starter NAS

Title says pretty much all there is. Im just getting started in this and don’t want to go too crazy. Im willing to go as high as $250 right now which, when i look around, i know isn’t gonna get me anything absolutely amazing but hey back off im an instacart driver lol

Squizzy,

CPU - Intel Core i5-7500 @ 3.4GHz (4 cores, 4 threads) Intel HD Graphics 630 RAM - 12 GB DDR4 Disk - 128 GB SSD

What do you think of these specs?

Would I be better off getting M.2 SSDs for the plex server?

Could these specs stream multiple high quality streams?

Squizzy,

I went to go all in on Proton recently and found it cumbersome.

I’m not sure why I have .protonmail@protonmail doesn’t make sense to me and doesn’t look good.

They also don’t let you import calendars on the calendar app, import passwords on the password app. You’re basically working off a browser extension because you can’t do them on the webpage and they don’t have clients.

I was disappointed because it is something I wanted to use.

Squizzy,

I’m fairly sure my ISP is dynamic by default, I remember a neighbour having to pay extra for a static IP for a camera networking issue.

Squizzy,

Meh I like being able to see these cinematic movies in the cinema, and if it were on streaming I’d probably watch it there in a moment of weakness.

Squizzy,

Shitty news does the opposite though, we hear all this miserable shit be it from war to policy doomsayers but other than the people in the war life just goes on as relatively normal.

The only thing I can say that isn’t the case for was Covid.

This isn’t to say that things aren’t shitty for a lot of people or the likes of pay and conditions are getting worse, just the news makes everything sound like it is going to be worse. I’m thinking of all these laws and policies that were set to doom us all, like net neutrality…nothing about my life changed from that.

Squizzy,

Can you poor me fuckers not stay on reddit? The world isn't conspiring against, we all independently came to the conclusion you're a loser.

Squizzy,

And this will become the same if it catches on, either it will die slowly or remain very niche or it will be victim to the same shit as reddit.

Reddit was astroturfed and spammed and that doesn't seem like something the fediverse can fight any better.
