Mate. The animal has to die for the product to get made. There’s such a thing as avoiding waste: You wouldn’t slaughter an entire horse and just use the hooves, nor would you chop a chicken for just the wings. You use as much as you can. Stuff like gelatin usually has multiple source animals precisely because it’s made of what used to be wasted. There isn’t a way to extract these things without causing serious injury or death to the animal, ergo it is very much not vegetarian.
This going away has just make the Tiktok tide that much more horrendous. I work in a school. The hallways are nothing but that horrid shit blasting out of hundreds of bad speakers.
Not true either. 10k just came out of this Japanese company selling step counters for the Olympics, far as I remember because the sign for 10k vaguely looks like someone walking. Definitely healthy to walk, but 10k is likely more than necessary. Ultimately as with all things, it’s catchy but your need will be individual.
