Related: does anyone here have any thoughts on Tutanota and how it compares to Proton Mail? I’ve considered using it in the future.

Any text editor that lets you write Markdown (all of them, since markdown can be written as a plain text file). It’s simple but featureful. I would recommend Marktext.

In C exit codes are numbers, in the Makefile it says line n° 2014, error 2 probably has some kind of special meaning, you could take a look and search from there.

Yes, I’m using swaywm right now and I’m typing this comment on Firefox.

Although most (if not all) tiling window managers are configured with a text editor, not a settings program.

My secondary choice would be the one with the red tree.

What dock do you use in Wayland?

I moved over to Wayland full time a couple of weeks ago (using KDE on Arch). I have finally rid myself of any X11 hangups apart from one. Latte will NOT respect my primary screen when changing monitor arrangement (ie. turning my projector on and off) and seems to randomly pick a screen to call the primary....

Not a Plasma user (I use Sway), my preferred bar is Waybar since it’s very customizable with CSS

Why didn't anyone remind me the dual booting exists?

I was talking to my dad yesterday and he talked about how he dual booted windows and Linux in his college days. I immediately left to download Ubuntu, I feel so dumb for forgetting it’s an option. I literally only use windows so I can play Fortnite with friends. PSA: you can have both Linux and Windows, or you can use a vm in...

i’m guessing having windows on a separate drive will mean that it won’t break GRUB?
