That is awesome. I don’t get why people don’t want to serve on juries anyway? It’s a civic duty and it will probably be only once in your life. It’s an interesting experience!
I saw someone else respond to this on an earlier thread that it was the dorm room number of the person who created it. The sub closed down and someone created a new one as 196. The rule has always been the same.
This should be a lesson to all remaining mods to stop putting their effort into that site. Reddit doesn’t care about who helped build it. They only care about making money for themselves.

People in the office work the same amount of time. The rest of the time they are talking to other people distracting them from their work or their pretending to work. These antiquated ideas of productivity, primarily working in an office makes you more productive, need to die.
