Statement: Perhaps HK-47’s programmers had the right idea.

Thoughtful: The Elcor’s manner of speech from Mass Effect would be particularly useful when communicating through text as well.

Don’t mind any scared little boys who might claim there are more than 4 lights.

Following his former captain Pike’s example.

Poor Soundwave, he and his minions are obsolete! Maybe they can get upgrades so he transforms into an MP3 player and they transform into SD cards.

No, it wasn’t known in 1967 that the moon landing would be launching on a Wednesday in 1969 (although since this aired in January, it actually would have been written in 1966).

I looked this episode (Tomorrow is Yesterday) up for context as I was wondering why he was looking at her that way (he’s from 1969 and apparently is just surprised to see a woman on board a spacecraft) and learned that the episode was released in 1967 and correctly predicted the year, day of the week, and number of astronauts involved in the moon landing launch. Impressive!

I know it was played for laughs, but it was satisfying to see him get something of a comeuppance after what he did. He pretty much got away scot-free in TNG.

And in the sequels he’d go to 2053, then 1923.

“You know Mario All-Stars that came out this year? Like that.”

I wonder how many people whose childhood was in the 50s felt the same when BTTF came out, that it was all still the modern era?

I’m imagining something that sounds like Tim Allen’s questioning grunt.

At least with Trek it was an alternate universe, rather than the canon he got his hands on with Wars.

Nope, not him, this is another fat white guy.

Not necessarily. A lot of obsessive behaviors aren’t pleasurable, actually.
