I have seen many people in this community either talking about switching to Brave, or people who are actively using Brave. I would like to remind people that Brave browser (and by extension their search engine) is not privacy-centric whatsoever....

My current means of powering things is USB rechargable batteries. I have a about five of them that range between small 3000-5000mah ones to a big 20000mah interstate battery jump starter pack. I filed a GDPR deletion request with Twitter a couple of weeks ago. It was quite a challenge to find a way to contact Twitter (for anyone who wants to you can do so via: secure.ethicspoint.com/…/default_reporter.asp) - but I finally succeded. I did not simply wanted to deactivate my account I want all of my data to be deleted...

I usually make doubles, but often split them to make a milk drink for my partner and have a single for myself. For some reason, those split singles tend to taste better. Same weight in, same time, same yield, just half the coffee....

I know they’ve been around since the GDPR came into effect, but I’ve suddenly noticed a sharp increase in the cookie prompts on web pages which have a second “legitimate interest” page. Some of these have an “object all” button, but plenty require you to manually opt-out of sometimes hundreds of ad-trackers....

Say you want to message an admin of another instance. You can’t look up who they are unless you go to that instance and have a look in the sidebar. You can click the admin to see their user page, but can’t message them without opening that user page on your home instance....
