This question is especially for people who have joined in the last week. Have you used other fediverse platforms or is this your first time really using one? What do you think of it so far? Are you aware that you can comment on Lemmy posts with a Mastodon account?

I know the developers are working hard and I'm sure they'll be coming with Mlem updates. I hope to see a notification centre being added, as well as the posts being collapsed instead of full-length. Do you wish for an Apollo type of design, or similar?...

I think archiving sites such as reddit is very important, and I’m glad that it’s happening. And yet here I am on Lemmy, a perfect opportunity where I could almost effortlessly archive the entire social media site, including every single post, every comment, every edit, every deletion, and I basically have zero drive to do...

I work on equipment that runs off 3 phase 208V but it uses uses a transformer to drop it down to 120V for most of the controls. On this equipment I noticed that there are two fuses on the lines exclusively feeding the 208V side of the transformer and a fuse directly off of the hot side on the 120V side of the transformer....
