Go to the “Modlog” page at the very bottom of the web interface for your instance. You can search moderation tasks by username, such as your own, and it should show removed content.
I’ve found actual instance bans don’t federate reliably though, e.g i cant see any of my lemmy.ml bans on lemmy.one. so you’d have to check the target instances by opening their web page in an incognito or logged-out browser window, and view their modlog directly instead of your home instances’ modlog.
I’ve just seen I had a comment removed from lemmy.ml, for “rule 1” reasons but don’t really see what’s wrong with the comment other than it goes against the political grain of the community (world news).
Yeah. I think it’s basically they use it as a blanket rule to sensor content that goes against their political narrative.
I just realised that you can go to the instance in question and view search the modlog, it seems it has more entries. I actually got a ban! No idea why.
Fanks for the tip m8 just discovered the comment below had been banned for 'rule ’ It’s nice to know that my comment made an lemmyml admin so butthurt that he actually had to get off his cheese dorito and self injackulation ridden lazyboy chair kiss his little picture off marx lenin and xi jinping and move his mobility scooter two feet to his computer open it up and shadow ban me for half week for no reason just rule 1 i think we all know the reason why they removed the main comment which goes into proper detail I can’t remember what if is exactly since its been a week since I posted thid
Yes. I have posted these links multiple times now.
This took me 5 seconds of research. If were being passive aggressive here ive gotta say. are you sure you didn’t get dropped on the head as a baby or eat copious amounts of lead
I believe that part was doing a sound quality test to ensure the data rate could be reached. If the line quality was bad it would connect at a slower rate since it was based on frequency.
It’s a specific 56K protocol. There were a few different types of 56K modems and they did the last part of the handshake differently. One did the “boing boing” and another common one had more of an ascending tone at the end of the handshake.
That table will last a lifetime. That mug, hard to break. Their furniture is sparse, but carefully chosen. That value will keep a lifestyle from being expensive, and it will make rough times just as lavish as always.
I once heard that there is a theory that things written on yellow is more memorable. Which is why the default original color for legal pads, post-its, and highlighters is yellow.
So yellow should be what ever you need to memorize more. So it depends on your teacher and how much of the subject matter needs to be memorized. I’d say it should be history as there are a lot of dates and minute details, but I could also understand it being used for any subject that needs memorization like foreign languages, science, and even math.
Blue and green are both calming colors so those should either be reserved for that classes that give you the most stress or the classes that benefit the most from being calm, like creative writing or music.
Red is an exciting color, use it on what ever subject you are most confident i or interested in.
I guess I think the bearded guy (wait…it that a beard or just a long mustache?) Is using my system correctly.
He posted on Twitter about his magnificent car collection, and Greta Thunberg posted back that he was a giant manchild [ or words to that effect] Offended, he got into a flame war. Meanwhile, there’s an NGO called GRETA, which works against trafficking. Someone tells Andy that he’s on GRETA’s radar. Incensed, he posts a video that gives clues to his location. The police use that video to find and arrest him.
If he’d acted like the powerful leader he aspires to be, he would have ignored the posts. Instead, he took the bait and got caught, just like a little fish
The reality is, the police knew he was in Romania, and they knew that he owns property in Romania. When you fly into a country, the government knows. He was already under investigation and the arrest just coincidentally synchronized with the pizzabox photo.
It’s one of the lessons he teaches his students/acolytes; the person who speaks less in a meeting is the one in control. Too bad he couldn’t learn his own lesson.
