Deckard’s gun in Blade Runner was always my favorite. Somewhat uncanny because it was clearly sci-fi, but retained that hard boiled detective aesthetic, like you misremembered a noir shootout.

FFD000 is a beautiful yellow, almost orange, that really stands out when in a dark background

F-Zero by sega again, they nailed it so perfectly that Nintendo to this day didn’t dare make a new one.

For me it has to be the PPG from Babylon 5, it is small, but looks like it has some weight to it.

I've been using as it's also the background colour in dark mode VS Code, though anything in that region is quite pleasing

I would just undo all the mergers and acquisitions. In 90% of cases, this just results in the games being worse, and the magic that made the studios great is extinguished.
