AquaTofana, in What piece of song lyric you can really relate to?

Obligatory T-Swizzle lyrics incoming:

“It’s me, hi, I’m the problem it’s me.”

I feel this whole song so fucking hard. But this line specifically because I form codependent relationships with people like crazy, and I always feel like a fuckin’ burden/like my friends or husband don’t truly like me. Like I’m stressing people out or putting too much pressure on them, so I’m not worth the effort of maintaining a relationship with.

EnglishMobster, in Is it actually possible to change your personality

I mean, in the late 2000s I was kind of a shitty person. But in like 2014 I realized I was a piece of shit and started to work on myself.

I stopped basing my personality on how many girls I could land and started just focusing on myself and not on relationships. I spent 2 years guiding myself to a much better place, and then in 2016 I met my current fiance.

SocialEngineer56,

After all that growth - you’re still focusing on how you landed a girl /s

Congrats and good luck in your future marriage!

AceQuorthon, in What piece of song lyric you can really relate to?

“Tired of lying in the sunshine, staying home to watch the rain”

“You are young and life is long, and there is time to kill today”

“But then one day you find, ten years have got behind you”

"No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun"

If you often post links to music then Songwhip is invaluable. Give it a song and it generates a page with links to many common streaming services.

Here’s an example.

No idea if this is obscure or not, but for creating diagrams I’ve found draw.io a very useful free website/tool (there’s an offline version).
The ability to hide the entire model inside the png is really neat. You can upload the png in a wiki and later on just import it to alter it again.

wewbull,

Excalidraw is my favourite. Make diagrams look like sketches so that people don’t take them too seriously.

That looks quite interesting. Draw.io has a sketch option but they always look the same. This one really makes unique shapes every time create an object. Could be quite handy for quick throwaway designs. Thank you for the recommendation.

dirtySourdough,

I’m gonna try this one today, thanks!

I always use whatthefont.com although mostly cos the name’s funny which makes it easy to remember. Any idea which is better?

dangblingus,

There’s also WhatFont add on/browser extension that lets you highlight text on a website and it’ll tell you what font it is!

I believe you can! To change honestly is an epic task, you need willpower & foremost the characteristic of self reflection, self observation from the most possible objective perspective (I know, complete objectivity not achievable), and you need a person you can trust to get another point of view imo, but at the end of the day you need only one thing: the honest, straight and truthful will to change. I’ve seen people turn 180°. That’s what life is for imo.
