They’ve been casting about for a movie that’ll work as the last few haven’t come close to expectations. Makes sense to leverage the most successful streaming show of all time (I think.)
I mean, (uhhhh spoilers ahead) most of it sucked but Boba riding that Rancor brought childhood dreams to life as I’m pretty sure I made him do that a few times. Admittedly, he had a lightsabers in 7 year old me’s version but nothing’s perfect.
Sounds like a sad attempt on Disney’s part because they couldn’t come up with a fresh new movie and instead are cannibalizing characters that should be focused on the tv side of the company.
Grogu is boring and played out, he should have been delivered to Jedi and that was it or been a single season character. Not that he is a character or anything at this stage.
God State Wars is so boring now, can’t wait to see what this movie sets up.
All of the new Star Wars movies are so boring and played out. They should just stop making them, but they won’t because they have to extract every single dollar from their IP.
It’s always something to look out for which projects interests Leo, even if you don’t particularly like him. His projects at least try to do something different and interesting from the usual types of movies.
