Returns the cart and is quite pleased with herself for having completed a human social contract ritual, even though she finds it inefficient and tedious.
Yes, the bit would definitely be enhanced by being overt references to the events of the show, and not references to the personalities displayed by the characters.
Aw I actually love Harry. He’s a nice balance against the egotists that make up most of the crew. Bright, even-keeled, reliable, funny, and willing to humor people like Tom Paris who is pretty much an unrestrained toddler. Dude should’ve been at least a full lieutenant by the time Voyager got home.
He’s got no backbone, wines a lot, and remains immature throughout the seasons. Even in his old age the only progression he seemed to make was that he was more patient. He is just a sheltered shallow person, easily as narcissistic as the other main characters, just with lower self esteem.
He’s a good wingman though. I’ll give him that.
But I respect your opinion. I blame the writers. They did him a lot of injustices.
The only motivation she has to return the cart is that she finished her shopping and forgot to buy six cases of a cheap off brand coffee that is on sale at the Costco she just left.
Barclay just creates a holo program where he returns the cart along with all of his friends and they thank him for it. He has never been to that store.
