I had a friend that “trained” french kissing on her brother. She told me this when we were +25 like it was super nornal and one of the pluses of having a brother (he was 1 year young only, so he wasn’t being abused. They were just like this)
I remember the reaction that I had when I watched this scene in the theater. I was awestruck and confused. The whole scene perfectly described the tone it had for me for the rest of the movie, a fever dream.
It’s actually not necessary the concentration power but the available time when being adult… 🤔
Reading 2 books wouldn’t be a huge problem today (if they are good and less then 1000 pages). But unfortunately the two toddlers here say no to me sitting a few hours on the couch and reading some book.
Being a child also doesn’t demand as much mental load. Yes you’ve got school but as an adult I’ve not only got work but all the tasks of running a home, food, driving, and other misc “chores” that pop up throughout the day. At the end of that it can be difficult to further concentrate sometimes.
