US: No mention of other political parties, other than republicans and democrats?
First off, i live in Europe, so i honestly don’t know too much about politics in other parts of the world, other than what i sometimes see in the news. I hope my innocent question doesn’t trigger any nastiness....

Getting graphics artifacting on my 7840HS laptop, even after a motherboard replacement. Is it a driver thing?
I’ve installed Pop!OS after getting my Lenovo Ideapad Pro 5 back from the warranty repair. Supposedly they changed the motherboard (which I don’t doubt, it was waiting a week for new parts apparently), but even after that I’m still getting graphical errors and bugs when moving between desktops and other window animations....

(Constructively) What is your least favorite distro & why?
I’ve been distrohopping for a while now, and eventually I landed on Arch. "Must Try" distros and DEs?
Hey folks! I’m getting a fresh laptop for the first time in about a decade (Framework 16) in a couple of months and am looking forward to doing some low-level tinkering both on the OS and hardware. I’m planning to convert into a “cyberdeck” with quick-release hinges for the screen since I usually use an HMD, built-in...
Each Facebook User is Monitored by Thousands of Companies (themarkup.org)
So I finally did the math on data brokerage and worked out how much we're all being robbed
I know this isn’t strictly piracy related, I apologise, but I think it is tangentally related in that piracy protects you from data theft by avoiding the services the biggest thieves operate. Also, I feel like people here might be very interested in this take....
