just go zorin os. it attempts to simulate the look and feel of windows while also having a lot of pre installed applications including playonlinux/wine sot that once its installed you can just go.

oh yeah. its an out of the box for folks (like myself) who like that. Lots of apps preinstalled including play on linux. So I can install and start using without adding any additional software. Its not the only oob distro but combining that with the look feel emulation is great and I have never seen an oob that sets up wine so well to use immediately. So its a bit like a combo of a gaming distro with oob and then the lookNfeel thing.

Im curious what you are politically conservative on? I don't see religious freedom as being conservative nowadays. Like respecting tst stuff. maybe the second amendment but like bernie is pretty good with that. honestly the supreme court stacking I only hear from an extreme side. EDITED - see if Im fast enough to sneak this in. How the heck does one even register for a party in chicago? I mean im not going to but is that even a thing?

still a prime example I have is the reporting sheet, and I can't remember which one, reports something in like 4a that goes to the 1040 in line 4b and 4b goes to 4a. seriously. this looks like the reporting sheet was made to fuck with the tax payer. (also data input is the most annoying part. you should not have to pay for a system just to get the boxes filled from data from forms. its just bs.)

first. my current dog learned to deal with this as a puppy. I was astonished. My last dog I was trying to train the concept her whole life. Never saw a dog be able to handle it before but at this point if my current dog starts to go on the other side of an obstruction I say this way and she immediately corrects. For some reason for all other dogs I find they instinctively want to go the wrong way. So its not even random, they think wrapping more is the way to go. As for humans:

ill admit these comics make me feel like I have adhd. I actually do a lot but the amount of mental effort I have to put into each thing is massive and I have to put myself on super rails. I basically don't do anything like vacations or planned leasure because prepping for it is just more work and im pretty much constantly tyring to catch up with what I need to do dealing with (usually) the most important things first. I spend ridiculous amounts of time just making sure I pay bills and such.

What modes of transport do you really like?

For me personally, trams are right up there. Aside from the main issue of sharing the roads instead of having a dedicated line, they really make it easy to get from one part of a city to another, especially for wheelchair users. They’re usually as frequent as buses, but much faster. The stations are much more attractive...

Nothing beats walking to me. I wish I could walk everywhere but stupid lack of endless time. In general I enjoy travel more that is slow but consistently moving. So train over bus and I just hate planes because sure the plane is fast but most of your journey your just sitting there or in lines. but yeah it would be walk then bike then metro train then other train. Plane and bus are pretty unappealing to me so not sure where to put either. At that point I might actually prefer a car, which I know is verbotem. Actually busses are not to bad if the jaunt is short enough but really then I might as well bike anyway.

the service is not primarily for emergencies though. This is like cell phones. Phones not on contract are still required to be able to dial 911

they also do some of the shenanigans that made people annoyed back in my comic book days. My brother saw the iron man movies but not the avengers. So he was lost at what was going on with stark in the movie after the avengers. So because he had not seen another movie it made that one bad for him.

The real problem is the whole idea of self regulation of companies. We should have inspectors and things like this should be randomly bought and inspected.

I felt like it should be paired with government contracts for something akin to a private dorm room (room, cafeteria with meal plan, laundry, computer lab, wifi, etc.) that negotiates a price that is then what the ubi is pegged at. Folks are guaranteed being able to have at least that option or can utilize it for something else.
