My husband has chronic PTSD related insomnia. Since he’s been prescribed cannabis, he’s been able to actually sleep better than with any of the harsh meds he’s been prescribed in the past.
Caveat: He was told it can interfere with REM, which in his case is good since it also helps with the nightmares, but it’s probably not good for regular use by the average person, or so we’ve been told by his provider. Ask your doctor, I guess.
I never have any response that’s likely to be edifying or helpful, so I typically respond with, “Well, I don’t,” and try to disengage. That’s usually enough.
Thanks. Honestly, I do like their coffee. I don’t really like them as a company, but I’m not going to turn up my nose at a gift. Maybe it will turn up!
Oh, my problem isn’t with charging them. They actually hold a charge for a super long time.
I’d like bluetooth earbuds a lot more if I could find some that aren’t “smart.” If I put on a beanie, I bump them. If I remove one earbud to converse, I bump it. I’ve not once intentionally used a gesture-based control on an earbud for anything else other than undoing the situation I’ve caused by bumping them. Otherwise, I control everything with my phone. If I’m working out, I just select my playlist, mute notifications, and I don’t have to touch anything after that. Gesture-based earbuds are not for me.
I really don’t think there are dumb bluetooth earbuds, though. At least, I haven’t been able to find any.
And I don’t mind cables as much as you do. I think my favorite earbuds would be those that are connected to each other by a cable, but again – only if they were not smart.
If you grow up in the US, it’s pretty hard not to be racist because the entire culture and history is steeped in racism.
It’s taken willful self-reflection to recognize some things I say or do that are implicitly racist. If we just went about chanting, “I’m not racist,” we’d never be able to grow and improve.
I would encourage you to read and understand things before behaving like an unpleasant and haughty know-it-all
You didn’t even click my link because if you read it, then you’d have to admit that you’ve been embarrassingly wrong this entire time, starting with that eye-rolling emoji. That’s really hard for you, isn’t it – to admit that you’re wrong.
