Either marketing itself, i.e. make the company seem more approachable by openly asking for feedback, but then mostly ignoring it. Or genuine attempt at optimising their process to improve customer satisfaction.

This is actually a really current and relevant meme, even if many other comments here say otherwise. It may have been relevant in the past as well, but that does not affect today.
The member states, that with lies and anger you get a lot of attention in modern politics, but not with calm rationality. However, calm rationality is what is needed to make good decisions. This is more of a critique of modern media, than of any political direction itself. Even though, there are of course some political parties that use lies more than others.
I understand. This is weird, because the first part is like anti-MAGA and pro-facts. But the second part is anti-facts, and thus pro-MAGA. This is too much for my brain to handle.
