If birbs aren’t real, how come their feet are?

kamen,

Yeah, but there’s still the tendency to simplify things (e.g. “color” vs “colour”) and the ever shortening of phrases as if it’s difficult to say the whole thing (“macaroni and cheese”).

kamen,

In order of appearance: wildcard, simplified, traditional.

Searching does help, but hey, you have to know what to search for and then how to apply the findings.

Where I am, to unlock a cart, you have to insert a coin, and afterwards, to get the coin back, you have to lock the cart to another cart (that’s hopefully part of the pile). It mostly works.

Do people actually sit down and watch these focused? I see longer and longer videos on YouTube because the algorithm seems to favour those, but for me, the longer it is, the more chance it has to be played as background noise or not played at all.

kamen,

Probably around the pandemic when people became extra wary about hygiene - at least that’s my observation. I’ve also noticed that people listen to voice messages like this - if you’re in a loud environment and don’t have headphones, it kind of makes sense. It still looks stupid, and for normal phone calls it is stupid, since both the earpiece and the microphone are optimised for having the phone on your ear.
