poppy,

Conversely, sleeping on your side isn’t very good for a lot of your joints. For instance in your diagram, that position is very bad for her hips and compressing her lungs. I still sleep on my side because it’s my preferred position but I have to have a knee pillow to keep my hips and knees aligned, and I try to have a pillow hugged to my chest to keep my spine and shoulders from crunching lol.

poppy,

I literally can’t fall asleep on my back lol. I can lay there for an hour and then the minute I roll over on my side or stomach I’ll fall asleep.

poppy,

That’s how I read it and dark hair was just like “wow I can’t believe I said that to someone” sometimes it takes us a while to realize we put our foot in our mouth but the interpretation that is more common in this thread probably makes more sense.

poppy,

Same. I’ll admit a few overall have made me nose laugh but most are just “yep, that’s a joke/statement I see online 20 times a week put to picture”. It’s not that I inherently dislike them, but they’re not my cup of tea and I preferred when I could just not see them.

poppy,

I never had dancing in PE in any grade. Can’t decide if that sucks or not. Maybe I’d have better coordination now. We did get roller skating week though.

poppy,

Hey, we got soybeans and corn for part of the year.

poppy,

Why does Drive not match the color tone of the rest of them? It’s so muted.

poppy,

Yeah there’s some funky hand/arm stuff too which implies generated art.

poppy,

In the left photo he is holding his phone in his right hand close to his face, taking a picture of the gifts.

poppy, (edited )

These or something similar are perfect, as a lefty.

Edit: but for the love of god don’t pay that much. I think they’re like $5-7 in store.

poppy,

Heat pumps, while not unheard of, are not common in the US. Most people especially those in older homes are using gas or electric furnaces which results in higher bills.

poppy,

Same way a steak can be charcoal outside and raw inside: too hot. You need to preheat your oven to the predetermined temp, which is set to a degree that allows the heat to penetrate all the way to the center slowly.

poppy,

And Holiday Baking Championship on Food Network in the US as well as Cupcake Wars, a cookie one I can’t remember the name of, etc. Lots of baking shows.

poppy,

I swap back and forth between reading physical books and books on a Kindle. Some times when reading a physical book I almost try to press and hold on a word to get a definition if I don’t recognize it. I’ve thankfully never actually done it but only because I catch myself.

poppy,

Do you know what the hell it was used for?? Did they like…pin old school Map Quest instructions to it?

poppy,

I’m currently reading a book called The Wager and I’m learning a lot about ships. Apparently like even your average ship was basically rebuilt each year because they just fell apart constantly. So I guess like all ships are Ships of Theseus.

At about 30 seconds you see one out of water moving. Slowly. Lol

poppy,

Similar as well to looking up sale prices on items you’ve recently purchased to torture yourself with money you “could” have saved lol.

poppy,

iPhones don’t require read receipts to be turned on.

poppy,

I assume OP is talking about bandages on fingers, and it’s much harder to get a good seal on your fingers even with these :(

poppy,

So it’s supposed to be “Order AT Amazon” so I wonder if it was edited photo or maybe some lockers got damaged and replaced.
