xia,

I was thinking more “ship of Theseus”… what is “you”?

xia,

More “The Expanse” would be awesome.

xia,

All I’m hearing is a subscription to remove the adverts on the command line.

xia,

Well… you can’t spell subtitles without tit…s.

xia,

Me: “ls ~/Downloads”, mac-gui: Would you like to give “Terminal” access to the “Downloads” folder?

xia,

If they want to be more sure that all items are scanned, maybe they should hire and train people to do that.

xia,

Right below the sign they probably have the bits you need to craft one (two repair plugs and a bit of wire).

xia,

You have conjured an image that is both more effort and more dangerous than OP.

What are your criteria for upvoting/downvoting?

I hate that I always compare Lemmy to Reddit, but Reddit used to have (not sure if they still do) guidelines called “Reddiquette” that included guidelines about upvoting and downvoting. Works with one hand, keeps houses from burning down, great widget.

xia,

“Kick it”? (Rap beat starts playing)

Best Linux Distro for a tablet?

Been wanting to put Linux on my Surface Pro 7, but when i tried it with Ubuntu, it didn’t work as well as I’d like. I used the Surface driver kernel, but Ubuntu wasn’t really good with touch. It couldn’t give a pop up keyboard (only showed up when logging into my account, but never beyond that). Sometimes it wouldn’t...

xia,

Isn’t that price more than a real jar of pickles?
