It’s the handle of a water kettle. Behind the circuit board is nothing. There is also no other circuit board in the kettle. Is the yellow thing the beeper? Thanks for any help 🙏
Mates bread maker stopped working so I had a look inside and saw this burned resistor....
//Edit: It’s a SAS drive. thanks for the help :))...
Circuit is for controlling the fan on a Raspberry Pi, just on/off according to temp, no PWM. Not sure about the diode as it has a .7V drop and it’s a tiny brushless DC motor. No markings on the fan so I measured the current with a multimeter when hooking it up to a USB charger. Circuit was adapted from here using what I have...
Hey friends,...
Since I never understood op-amps from reading or practicing problems I wanted to build a circuit to probe around and use different resistor values to set the amplification....
What I've done is take a large 2n3055 BJT NPN power transistor, and decap it (it is a large metal-can type). Then I carefully removed any coating from the exposed silicon (it typically has a dab of silicone potting compound on it)....
Does anyone recognise these power supplies? They’re cheap AliExpress led drivers and I want to change its output voltage to around 22V from 12V. I’ve read that the way to do this is to adjust the REF voltage on the IC that controls it. It’s a KA3845 but I don’t understand where that reference voltage is regulated. One...
This is my electromagnet.
Some years ago, before LEDs were a thing, I bought an Ultrafire WF-500 Flashlight that features a Xeon light bulb. As you might imagine the bulb reached its lifetime and burned away....

First of all, I apologize for the lack of a “formal” schematic… I tried to draw one out, but got buried in the nuances of it :)...
Looking to replace the male connector in this picture. Any idea what it is called and where I can get it? I'm in Germany.
Trying to repair a Hyperkin Duke Xbox controller where the left trigger doesn’t respond. Found that the resistance of this potentiometer doesn’t change when it’s moved, so I’m looking to replace it. I’m a novice with this stuff though and I’m having trouble identifying it. Any help is appreciated.
I got my hands on an old e-ink price tag and want to repurpose this display....
Hello there, This oscillator is a 0V +10v DC oscillator, which after current passes through the capacitor, it produces a -5v +5v AC on the resistor....
Hello everyone! I’m designing a PCB and I have some doubts about how to connect the 4 resistors at the top to capacitor C34. They are 4 traces, and all of them terminate at the same pad of the capacitor. As I have currently placed them, are they connected correctly? Or should I connect them in a different way?

Hi, I am automating my manual switches at home with ESPHome on NodeMCU. For controlling the switches, I am using 8 channel relay module....
I have a whole bunch of them. They are possibly a bit older (70s, 80s) judging by other contents of the junk box they are from....
I have a acer c740 chromebook that has a cracked charging jack hoping I can find replacement part for it. Picture attached shows what's left of some number on it I think it's 150726+F4 not sure what the symbol is. The male end end is 3mm od 1.1mm Id if that helps.
