I know what fixed my issues but i enjoy carbs and not exercising too much… strict keto eliminated all ny inflammation and pain and exercise gave me the energy I needed and strengthened my joint muscles… problem is my SO makes amazing pizza and they put me on a beta blocker for my POTS and well… yeah, that killed my exercise drive.
I woke up shortly after turning 31 and my shoulders hurt. Then they froze and I couldn't lift them. Then that sorted itself out over the course of six months or so, but now they're in pain every time I lie down any way other than flat on my back, and my hands occasionally go numb while lying in bed.
Of course, I've seen doctors and they just ¯\(ツ)/¯ "looks fine to us, you're still young lol"
I've been able to mitigate the other pain issues like my back and stuff with stretches and basic exercises. Seriously, fellow "no longer young adults", I cannot stress enough the importance of stretching and basic exercise, doesn't even have to be serious exercise, just take a brisk walk or play some VR while standing up, get your body moving, don't let it calcify.
Rant incoming: I cannot tell you how many times I’ve tried to create a meme and the stock image has the logo all over it. Search for anything on google images (spaceship, boat, man smiling, etc) and you will get a ton of stock images with the stock image stamp of annoyance on it. /rant
It’s fine if it’s not an issue for you. But for me, if I’m creating something, I want the image itself to look as clean and HD as possible. For a lot of my memes, the joke is in the image editing itself.
But all that is just my personal preference for my shit. The rant wasn’t meant as an attack
Being near other humans has an increased chance of having a brain aneurysm when you get to the point you start getting pissed at younger people or people in general.
