I personally find it was a hell of a lot better when they were getting to the end and things weren’t just Fin and Jake randomly screaming while on an adventure to do something absolutely random.
Yo! I’d absolutely be down to see a super edgy Shadow who just happens to be that way because he’s closeted and ends up having feelings for Sonic! I doubt they have enough balls to do it, but I’d love to see it!
That, or because of his edge and being in some sort of suspended animation chamber for too long, Shadow is severely out of date with what he can and cannot say and do, similar to Abraham Lincoln in the Clone High reboot.
Edit: I accidentally mistook Abe for George Washington
I couldn’t tell you how far into the series it is, but that is how I came across Detective Conan. Nearing a decade ago I found it on netflix and had absolutely no clue what was going on but I stuck with the maybe 12 or so episodes they had. I eventually learned that it was pretty far into the series. Couldn’t tell you how far, but pretty far in.
Don’t know if any other browsers do it, but Firefox for desktop added an option when right clicking links to copy without URL tracker. I don’t know if it works on yt links, but it’s definitely a step in the right direction.
Probably, but at least with genres like vocaloid, you’ll find plenty of people taking songs/videos from sites like Bilibili or Niconico and they’ll either just straight up upload the video or will instead just slap on subtitles and upload without consent. There’s also a similar phenomenon with anime music as well, but that’s usually for just the music.
I can’t recall my family having obscure movies. Don’t remember what it’s actually about, but I at least remember we had one Home On The Range VHS. Don’t recall ever watching it once, but this post made it come to the forefront of my memory
Don’t remember exactly what it was, but I think it was Samsung and was one of the ones where you slid it up to access the keypad. I got it around middle school as a hand-me-down from my dad. I thought it was the absolute coolest thing at the time, despite that was around when my parents were upgrading to smart phones. I’ll definitely have to look it up to see what it was.
Edit:
On GSMArena there is 66 pages of different model Samsung phones and plenty that you slid up to access the keypad. Finding the exact model would be like finding a straw of hay in a needle stack, so I’m giving up after 14 pages.
Last I checked, in China, you are legally required to put in your name and ID for games like mobile games. If I recall correctly, the law says something about making sure children don’t spend all day gaming. And just inputting a fake Chinese name and Chinese ID isn’t inherently bad. The bigger problem would be what the app does behind the scenes. That’s what I’d be more concerned about.
I’ve had to do this with PvZ2 Chinese edition back in 2021, which was originally started by PopCap Shanghai, so it wasn’t just some random small company making some relatively obscure game. I personally think it’s a dumb law, but there’s nothing a foreigner like myself can do to really change it.
My family thinks I’m insane because I almost exclusively get bathroom sink water where I live when I get water. It’s so much better than the kitchen taps.
Only problem with water is that I need to get better about actually remembering to drink enough.
