If you ever have this happen, acetone will dissolve superglue (and most plastics)

I should print this out and stick it on the door down the street…

To be fair, it could have a negative impact on whether or not new users or lurkers get involved.

Think of it this way. Many ‘normal’ people can exhibit different symptoms that get associated with ADHD. With people who are diagnosed with ADHD, they must pass a certain threshold number of these symptoms and severity.

IIRC, it’s a similar approach to ASD

Found a rather good video explaining the game and gameplay: (I completely forgot the name has a subtitle. Adding to my comment)

All from the early 90’s…

Life and Death II: The Brain - An old DOS medical game

Deadlock: Planetary Conquest- a competitive SimCity-like game

The Dagger of Amon Ra - A point and click mystery adventure game

Edit: added subtitle to Deadlock and video links

So, I guess it just looks like the denser populated regions are more orange, leaving places like Antarctica and Greenland a pure lavender

The cable is probably routed outside (likely towards the roof) in a humid environment with the indoors end being at a lower pressure. At night, when the air cools, the humid air would condensate and start dripping out

Also, trying to tie a breaker in the closed (on) position like that won’t stop it from tripping. It’ll just make it more difficult to reset.

When tripped, the internal electrical part detaches from the lever mechanism and switches to the off position. The lever will then normally be ether free floating or spring to the middle (between on and off) until it is moved to the off position. Moving it to the off position will reattach the lever mechanism to the electrical part, which then allows it to be turned back on.

My votes would have been for Freddy Mercury (definitely) and Eddy Van Halen

FWIK it’s all figs.

For a relatively simple explanation. There is a male fig, which only produces pollen. This is what the female fig wasp wants to find to lay her eggs in. Now if the wasp were to enter a female fig by mistake, the pollen covering it since hatching would pollinate the fig, and the enzyme which the fig produces would kill and break down the wasp before it could lay any eggs. After which the broken down wasp would get completely absorbed to provide nutrients as the fig grows and matures.

It’s similar to how a plant’s roots absorb compost, just without the help of bacteria to break things down

Meh. Figs are just digested wasps anyway

A screeching metallic sound or bad smell that only goes away when they are actively looking for it
