trek has had at least one place where people actively reject modernity because they simply don’t like it, so there’s that.
i think the expanse is the best portrayal of the future i’ve seen in terms of this, things generally look like they do now except everything’s walkable and public transport is utterly bog standard, and they casually use holograms for shop signs.
just like how we’re basically the same as in the past, except walking around with technology in our pockets that was idle speculation 100 years ago and would be considered magic 1000 years ago
every golf course could be a lovely botanical garden/park or arboretum, with little paths every which way and carefully crafted scenery to make you feel like you’re inside a disney movie
i mean yeah it’s annoying because you’re buying a week’s worth of stuff… when you’re shopping daily you’re buying like 3 things at once and it takes all of 10 minutes.
just make sure to read the information slip, and at least here in sweden the recommendation is to not treat headaches with pain relievers more than 9 days per month or it can just cause more headaches.
what i go with is just doing what i can to handle the headache/migraine without medicine, but feel 0 guilt about popping a pill if needed. Especially if i’m going somewhere or have something at home i want to actually enjoy i’ll not hesitate to medicate.
i’m gonna go out on a limb and wager that this is an utterly insignificant effect compared to how healthy it is to eat fruits.
Like obviously people have been healthy while consuming banana smoothies, you’re probably going to suffer more from stressing out about minute stuff like this than any possible negative health effects consuming it could bring…
i mean you can have parties for basically free, the point is that the standard wedding is made to milk people for money.
if you want a wedding just hit up a catering company and head to some park or something, and get a second hand wedding dress or just a reasonable normal dress.
