Okay I'll give in a tiny bit only because this barely narrows it down: one of them is ridiculously close to what is actually the case. Like, I'm actually doing the thing you mentioned in the point, just your reasoning is wrong.
P.S.: The actual reasoning is borderline impossible for anyone to guess so just stop trying guys.
He’s probably out on the Hajj, they travel to some of the key points by train. The bathroom facilities are not ideal and that’s why he is asking for ways to trim down his poop times.
As part of the hajj, the entire community travels to various points in and around the city. One of the points that’s only for a few days is in Mina, which is basically a tent city outside the official boundaries of the city of Makkah. When they are in the tent (it’s a fancy tent, air conditioned but with zero privacy with 20 other guys), the bathrooms there are communal, which in turn are not the cleanest in the world. Most of them are the eastern squatty potty style. Let’s just say not going there for a poop seems very tempting. The counter to it is, most of the food there is free, and it is really good… So it’s a very delicate balance to say the least.
This is all speculation on my part, given the timing of it. For all we know it could be some weird kinky camping thing the guy is into!
You're going to a Burning Man-style event and you don't want to poop on June 25th because it's Anne Frank's birthday and in your pursuit to become the true Hide & Seek Champion you think it would be best/hilarious to "Anne Frank" your poop for three days

Congratulations, you're the first person in the world to use that sentence.
Why would he not want to say the reason though? If that was the case, the OP could just say he is a shy pooper. Instead we now suspect that this is some kind of orgy with a fetish.
“Syncthing is a continuous file synchronization program. It synchronizes files between two or more computers in real time, safely protected from prying eyes. Your data is your data alone and you deserve to choose where it is stored, whether it is shared with some third party, and how it’s transmitted over the internet.”
Not exactly, nextcloud is more akin to Dropbox where as syncthing just keeps the folders in sync so if you delete or move a file out of the folder the file will be removed on the other machine(s).
But it is peer to peer so you can create a folder, copy your file in and someone else can sync with you using the unique code for your share. The whole thing is encrypted and nobody else can read or intercept the data and it also works great even if you need to interrupt and resume it later . when the transfer has completed if the recipient moves the file it will be deleted from the original folder on your machine. So thats why its best to create a copy to share.
You can do read only shares etc but the official docs go into more detail there
No, Syncthing isn’t a self hosted cloud but a real p2p transfer tool.
There are discovery servers enabling devices to find each other but files are rarely transferred through them.
Gotta say, I liked seeing this on Trust Cafe's FAQs:
Is Trust Café a 'Free Speech Platform'?
No. Emphatically not. Trust Café's mission is to provide a non-toxic social media platform, which cannot happen in an environment where anything goes. We take a proactive stance against hate speech, harassment, and misinformation.
Depending on your definition of literary, one of my favorites was Hellboy’s My Vacation in Hell. If I end up finding a version posted somewhere, I’ll add a link.
it isn’t just /c/memes looking at the global feed I felt like I was blocking meme related communities for a while yesterday.
I think the core app needs some simple text filters for communities and posts or hopefully some of the client apps will implement that a number of the meme subs at least have the word meme in their name.
Same could be said for NSFW subs, but we at least have a global toggle for those at if they have been correctly tagged.
Quake Champions for sure. Best competitive shooter I’ve ever played (and I’ve tried all the popular ones), great option if you like movement & aim centric games
