Most of the parts for my last 2 builds have been from Micro Center, but if I’m just buying one or two components I hit up my local Best Buy first, and then Newegg if Best Buy doesn’t have what I want.

I think that’s just what diabetic patient have to deal with, wound that never heal will get infection sooner or later. So i’ll just die from paper cut.

B&H in New York has some pretty good inventory, usually. I’ve bought a lot of stuff from them through the years.

Since Fry’s closed only Amazon and Newegg remain as primary part sources, both of which are shitty companies. Closest Microcenter is ~500 miles away.

I absolutely love feeling sleepy. There’s nothing better than the dark quiet night in my cosy warm bed, with my brain feeling light and my eyelids feeling heavy. I edge that shit for as long as I can.

My only budgeting is to earn much more than I spent so I don’t have to think too much about it. That means that I live quite frugal and other than food don’t really buy much on a regular basis.

Seconding this. I love earning money and hate spending money; I check my savings a couple times a year and otherwise don’t worry about it.

This works great until you lose half your income and you don’t change your spending habits because your cats are used to a certain standard of living. Hooray for my line of credit!

cut myself on a glass desk near my wrist once. bled like hell but it healed by itself. i do live in europe, but my dad thought it wasn’t neccesary.

so yeah, i’d be pretty much not alive. other than the occasional cut on my hands, that’s probably my worst injury.
