Vinegar is a pretty good all purpose cleaner but I’d also flag that it’s a pretty strong acid, which over time can cause issues for most natural surfaces (wood, stone, etc.).
It’ll take time to notice but you’ll wind up having to put in extra work to maintain good surface finishes.
I’m a little late to the party here, but I don’t see it mentioned already so I have to recommend “372 Pages We’ll Never Get Back”. Mike Nelson (MST3K, Rifftrax) and Conor Lastoka (Rifftrax) give really detailed reviews of “books they expect not to like”, aka badly-written books. Think Mystery Science Theater 3000, but with books. They’re on episode 152 and the episodes run ~2 hours. Great for long car rides.
Hmm, well if you have friendly forms of them I suppose you’d also have the odd pests and hostile forms, so that’s not a bad response. Speaking of, if you had lamp mimics you’d have a hell of frustrating time keeping your place lit.
Although I was thinking more in terms of domesticated, benign forms of living buildings/structures.
Probably about the same as regular buildings tbh. If it was normalised I wouldn’t bat an eye at it. Having buildings made of something like coral sounds pretty rad tbh
