Take a look at the Berkshire Hathaway website if you think your website needs to be fancy. They made $300B last year and still have a Geiko ad and haven’t updated the style since like 1997.

You can even run a website for free with GitHub pages. You can host a website from. Google cloud store bucket. Portugal The Man’s website is a Google Sheet.

It’s okay if you don’t understand.

All you need to do is say “Rust” and “memory safety” a lot and join us at the crab rave.

If you ever see a news article about hacking or an exploit, or a major service go down, you just say tsk-tsk they should have used memory safe Rust, and your comment will be as informative as 80% of other comments.

I despise whoever made new Reddit. You can only view comment chains two levels deep in new Reddit, then replies at one level, which means you need to constantly keep loading a new page and ads to see each reply in a thread.

Who the hell thought of that? It’s a horrible UX.
