Solidified, dead blood. Is it still part of you, or is it just stuck in you like a cork? Quick, rip it off to get rid of this existentialist grey area by throwing it out the window.
Projecting much? You are the one wanting to silence the truth just like they do on Reddit. Also, the fact that you called a community a “sub” is a dead giveaway that you are the Redditor. I think that you are in the wrong website, buddy 😂
OK let’s say there are Nazis, but this belongs to other countries, too. If it is allowed to invade your neighbor because there are Nazis in it, you can overrun east-europe including parts of east-germany, or Italy, their leader doesn’t have a problem to follow the example of Mussolini. Even in the US there is a cult for nazism, invade them, too?
Handle their nazism-bullshit belongs to the inner security of a country, no other country has the right to invade them just for cleaning up nazism. Because invading and killing people is what real nazis do in favor.
tl;dr: It’s a difference to hype a cult like neo-nazism, or invading/killing and doing real nazi shit.
It’s not just that there are Nazis in Ukraine. Ukraine is run by Nazis. See the picture of Zelensky clapping for a member of the SS? See those pictures of the Azov Battalion? Inner security? Has Ukraine handled that well? They encouraged its growth. Nazism supports killing Slavic people and hence must be fully stamped out by neighboring majority Slavic countries. It’s dangerous to allow Nazism to grow and must be fully stopped. Ukraine was also invading. See: Donbas. Russia needed to step in so that the Nazis don’t present a threat to humanity.
You live in a place designed around cars, that’s the problem. Society worked fine without cars for a good long while. We could have adopted trains, bikes, and buses without the car and things would be going swimmingly. The idea is to fix our bad town planning so that it’s reasonable to get to any destination using any mode if transportation.
Most of the criticisms that come from the right are solvable problems, such as lack of chargers, electricity coming from dirty sources, or lithium mining. We pretty much know how to solve all those at this point. Just a matter of doing it.
Criticisms that come from the left tend to be more fundamental. Things like car-based cities being too spread out, infrastructure costs spiraling out of control, or having the average person operate a 2 ton vehicle at speeds over 60mph and expecting this to be safe. None of those are specific to EVs, and are only solvable by looking at different transportation options.
