Of course that is not something I could judge by myself. You will have to ask the people in the situation and see what they will answer of their own free will.
I don’t know. On the one hand i never played a game beyond generation 4 because is did not have the hardware and on the other hand i always felt like everything after gen 3 felt like it only purpose was to make more money and to milk the shit out of pokemon. Even with gen 3 i first had my hesitations. But it’s just a personal opinion.
I’m exactly the same as you, I think the last time I paid attention to anything Pokémon was ruby/sapphire. After that I don’t know anything. I could have a good go at naming the original 151 still but when it became a cash grab I lost interest.
If everything hurts in your thirties you might need to take stock as to why. If you aren’t in a labor intensive job and you don’t have a history of accidents you might consider changing your behaviors to try to reduce how much chronic pain you experience.
Unfortunately, it’s not always that easy. I tried so many things, so many types of sports, been to so many doctors and specialists and none of that really helped. I know it’s important to stay active and I am, and I think I found a routine that’s giving me some relief, but it’s not like it’s going away. Years ago, I would’ve said similar things like you, but chronic pain really is a complex thing
If you want to see the end of ash’s journey, I recommend watching sun and moon seasons and then “pokemon journeys” (the sword and shield seasons). Journeys are the final seasons with ash but has a few episodes that are a callback to sun and moon.
Pokemon horizons has new protagonists, is currently airing and has about 23 episodes currently.
I’ve watched a few episodes from each season and kept up on the news, but I havent religiously watched it by any means so I might be wrong on a few details.
Every season has followed Ash, but they will be moving on to a new protagonist soon.
It is very loosely connected to the games like it always has been. The two can be enjoyed independently of each other.
Not entirely sure on the story, but Ash did finally become a Pokemon world champion in the most recent season, which is why they are changing the protagonist.
He hasn’t caught any legendaries, but he has a mythical Pokemon melmetal.
Based on what I’ve seen, you can start almost anywhere. Each season softly resets Ash’s progress. You may see occasional cameos of past characters, but each season Ash usually makes a new set of friends, has a new set of Pokemon, and starts a new story.
gen4 and the rest of them are lame. i drew pokemon. i owned the action figures, the cards, the magazines, the cheap fast food crap, the films, and the blow up dolls!
