I need to survive for 3 days without pooping, and eating as little as possible. I can pee, but not very often. It can't take up too much space. What food do I pack?

Please don't ask why I need this.

It would be great if the food also made me sweat less.

It has to be something I can easily find.

EDITS FOR CLARIFICATION:

  • I am not planning on partaking in any illegal activities.
  • I do not condone the use of illegal substances and am not planning on smuggling anything anywhere.
  • I am not going on a hiking trip or mailing myself anywhere.
  • I will be staying in a tent (not a small one; a huge with with air conditioning and everything). I will be traveling for five days, returning to my current location on day 3 and traveling again on the last two days. I will not poop on the first three days (hopefully).
  • Clean toilets with all the expected facilities will be available to me. I am not going to poop for reasons that I wish to keep to myself.
  • If it gets bad, like really bad, like a-piece-of-poop-is-literally-halfway-out-my-ass bad, I will use the toilets.

Please stop asking because I am not telling anyone the reason.

someguy3,

I'm guessing you're going backcountry or to a festival of some kind. I sympathize but using an outhouse or potta potty isn't bad, it's just a mental block. You'll enjoy yourself a lot more when you do things normally.

Nut Butters: Peanut or almond butter in small jars or packets. They are calorie-dense and can be eaten in small quantities.

Crackers: Plain crackers are low in fiber and can be filling.

Cheese: Hard cheeses like cheddar can be easy on the stomach and don’t require refrigeration for short periods.

Protein Bars: Opt for bars that are low in fiber.

Dried Meat: Such as beef jerky, can be a good source of protein.

Nuts and Seeds: In moderation, these can be good sources of energy.

Bottled Water: You’ll need to stay hydrated, but since you mentioned you can’t pee very often, drink just enough to not feel thirsty.

Electrolyte packets or tablets: To keep your electrolyte balance in check without consuming too much liquid.

Godspeed!

Thanks a lot! I'll go hunting for these as soon as the stores open for the day.

I think water fasting would do you the best. There was this guy in 1965 who fasted for over a year eating nothing but some vitamins prescribed by the doctors and drinking water coffe and tea en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angus_Barbieri's_fast

He apparently also only pooped every 2 months diabetes.co.uk/…/story-angus-barbieri-went-382-da…

Sleo,

This sounds like you’re on the hajj and don’t want to use the crappy bathrooms and wait till you’re in the hotel to poop. I would say drink lots of water, have some nuts and dates, drink some of the juices, stay away from rice and meat dishes. Enjoy the experience while you’re there!

I don’t have anything to add, I just wanna be part of this.

Tarkcanis,

The only real answer is Pemmican.

evilsmurf,

Humane pemmican?

ATiredPhilosopher,

Brother/sister/sibling, please just poop.

ergifruit,

as someone with IBS, cold/frozen liquids are the way to go... pun fully intended. it might be a bit difficult to keep things cool, but frozen sports drinks and the like are good for keeping you going. it's really unhealthy, and i absolutely can't recommend it, but it should work. you get a lot of your water intake from food, too, so if it's not getting any of that, the water you ingest from liquids/frozen liquids is gonna get sucked up by your large intestine and, in theory, you'll need the toilet less. good luck with, uh. your thing.

It's okay.

I'll poop for your share too, friend.

Sowatee,

What the fuck?

For limited opportunities to pee, I’d carry a good sized bottle and limit drinking to sipping water/an electrolyte beverage through a straw.

For limiting poop, I’d try to be empty ahead of time, and just take something solid like bread and cheese which means you probably could go through three days without pooping.
