Does AI-generated art posted on lemmy bother you?

I find that i can spot AI Images fairly easily these days, especially the sort of fantastical tableaus that get posted to the various AI communities around lemmy. I’m tired of seeing them; it all looks the same to me. Was wondering if im being too sensitive, or if other people are similarly bored of the constant unimaginative...

As long as it’s not being passed off as made by a human I don’t care. Most of the AI art I see being posted is specifically to communities for posting AI art, anyway.

Some of those things for PC flight sims are straight up real cockpit pieces. Dude is simply buying his plane one bit at a time until he can assemble the whole thing.

I’ve installed Internet for a dude who had a setup this gnarly. And to top it all off, he lived on a piece of land attached to an aircraft museum. He really loves planes.

You could but it would be an utter pain in the ass and might not work 100% as it was before it broke because the thickness of the wires are different and USB isn’t just 1. It’s 3 and they’re so thin, you’d need to braid them together.

If the plug broke, you couldn’t replace the audio’s connector with a USB connector.

Unless the audio device is also USB. Then it shouldn’t be much issue; though they may not be color coded with the insulation on the inside.

Is it 4? 🤔 It’s been forever since I’ve opened one up and could have sworn it was 3 because I remember the Xbox controller had 4, but one of them wasn’t needed to slap a USB connector on it and use it with the PC. Maybe it had 5…

uBlock Origin and some kind of mouse gesture with rocker commands extension. Those are the only two universal types I use. Everything else I can’t live with is pretty specific to my own usage to alter the function of specific websites (like RES for Reddit, but for other sites).

Just because it’s tinned doesn’t mean it’s not nutritional… Most things in a can aren’t changed or added to in any way other than pasteurization after being sealed to kill anything on the food in the can.

At worst, canned soups and meats and sometimes vegetables with added salt have too much salt and canned fruits have added sugar when they are packed in “syrup” instead of water or their own juice.

Other, real people talking about it on sites like this. Finding groups with similar tastes as myself and seeing what they’re talking about. I also just read descriptions while I’m scrolling on the service or whatever and if it sounds good, I might check it out.

My immediate thought was to a book series Sideways Stories from Wayside School, about a school that was built sideways so instead of being like 16 rooms side by side, it was a skyscraper.
