I should make a website that shows crack prices across the usa on a map. I could open it up to submissions and build a dataset of what people charge for crack. Then get a perfect business plan. Corner the crack market. Oh wow I know what im gonna do with the rest of my life!
Even ignoring the likelihood of being murdered, illegal drug arbitrage is going to be low margin for the amount of risk involved. Most of the profit is with the manufacturers and distributors.
You can only get cocaine from the South American cartels. No local production with vertical integration is impossible. You can only cut into street level as a producer and direct customer interface is the only viable business model. That competition would be a direct with likewise retailers. Yes, buying from the producers of raw material and locally producing the finished good has a considerable profit margin, but your direct competition is established brands that have no problem capping a fool stepping on their block. Distancing yourself from the customer-facing business only decreases profit margin and risk, but unavoidable turnover would mandate a more direct customer interface in order to maximize profit margins by absorbing considerable risk.
But that doesn’t mean that you’d get the full $20 if you take it to a scrapyard. Still pretty good though. A relative of mine searches dumpsters for metal stuff and gets good money selling it to scrapyards. They have a job and good money. I think they just do it as a sidehustle and for fun
I strongly want to erase the idea that soda is the beverage of gamers. Nerds are getting older now. We need to think about our blood sugar, cholesterol levels, and arthritis.
Tea, (unsweetened) coffee, and green smoothies are now the official drinks of gamers.
Although my country has very strict demands on tap water quality, my wife worked at a local water department and I know what kind of fuck-ups are working there, so I’m gonna pass.
I specified American milk chocolate because American milk chocolate typically uses a more sour milk which gives it its distinctive flavour. Personally I can’t really stand it but to each their own.
My phrasing was off, i didn’t mean to say that that actually used rancid or sour milk. Rather the flavor of butyric acid is commonplace in a lot of American chocolate. And it’s a flavor i quite despise (despite loving Hershey’s growing up), hence the preference for non-American chocolate. I understand that sweeping generalizations are almost never true, and that there are plenty of American chocolatiers who make chocolate without that distinct sour note, but that doesn’t denigrate the fact that you can go to most places in the states that sell chocolate and get something with a sour note. For many people they like that, I personally don’t.
I do hope when someone reads about a Christian Nationalism lawsuit going on they don’t find out what law office is representing the guy who wants to hurt gay people. Then find the fax number on their site, go get a temp email at all the free sites that provide it, go to a send fax over the Internet site, and send them long faxes.
An old trick you could do on old physical fax machines was to tape a couple of sheets of black construction paper together, feed them into the machine and tape them into a loop. Dial your special person and burn through all their toner. Of course, now it would just generate a bunch of emails.
Black fax - such an effective remote physical attack that fax companies had to actually hard-code a defence against it, to not print pages where there would be enough ink or toner dispensed that it could damage the machine or be a fire hazard
Agree, I dont have reliable access to EVOO or good parmigiana. If I had my way all the time it would be thyme and lavender and oregano infused olive oil with cucumbers as well as a three way mixed Parmigiana, Asiago, Oaxaca or dried mozarella.
This is from Prosh! The students at University of Western Australia release their satirical newspaper “Prosh” once a year as a fundraiser for charity - flooding the streets of Perth in wild costumes selling the papers at intersections, train stations, cafes - anywhere people will be passing by. It’s a tradition, and quite the spectacle. Locals are greeted in the morning rush hour traffic by the most jovial, and largest group of young adults they’ve ever seen before 8 am - wondering why there are nurses and T Rexes and boys in sexy police skirts running through traffic. Then the penny drops, they fork over a fiver for a paper, and everyone goes about their day.
